Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
- Shipping & Delivery
- You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the continental United States and usually ship via Fed Ex. Most orders are shipped same day if ordered before 10:00 am EST. Some orders may take 1 or 2 days to process unless for a reason out of our control such as: "unavailability from the manufacturer" or "back ordered items" in which case we will notify you. When your item is shipped the tracking information will be emailed to you.
- Return Policy
- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within ten days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type as long as the product has not been damaged and is in resellable condition. Refunds for items returned more than ten days after the purchase date will be charged a restock fee of 30% as long as the product is undamaged and in resellable conditon. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call 727-424-9462 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, put a note in the box explaining the reason for the return. Merchandise should be packaged properly so that it will not be damaged during return shipping. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
